PERSONAL JOURNAL inside DICTIONARY OF SIMBOLS by Juan Eduardo Cirlot
BA in Design Top-Up (Escola Elisava + Winchester School of Art)
Texts: Rosa Lladó / Original dictionary texts: J.E. Cirlot
The starting point of this study is the work of Daniel G. Andújar about the hidden side of image and information and errors. It is based on the clasification of elements which archive, classify and code the information, but putting the spotlight on what is hidden between the lines, or what does not appear. Presentation in a classic element of ordering –a dictionary–. Inside, there are new definitions hidden (texts of Rosa Lladó) mixed between the terms of J. R. Cirlot that the reader has to search for a series of clues to flollow.
